Is Social Media Making Us Happier or Quietly Stealing Our Peace of Mind?

Is social media making us happier—or is it quietly stealing our peace of mind? The answer isn’t simple. These platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, have revolutionised the way we think, connect, and entertain ourselves. They have given us the power to communicate instantly, share ideas globally, and stay updated. These platforms have allowed us to connect with millions of people across the world; at the same time, they lead to cognitive problems such as anxiety , depression , stress , and other psychological challenges. Before the arrival of social media, we relied entirely on traditional forms of communication —face-to-face conversations, letters, and phone calls. People spent time watching news channels, reading newspapers, and engaging with magazines. Social interactions were more personal, and leisure activities often provided deeper fulfilment. Now, the pressing question is: How is social media shaping our lives, and how can we prevent it...

Kabab-e-licious: A tongue tingling dish!

Who does not love dining out delicious and mouthwatering food? So I was not an exception. On the contrary, my wife hates eating out as she fears of getting fat. She not only keeps herself away from eating out but also puts a restriction on me. I do not have other option except some time obeying her because I love my wife more than my life. Instead of being a food connoisseur, she is a shopaholic and cannot resist herself without buying attires and apparels for me, my kids, and herself as well.

For a long time, she was insisting me to accompany Chandni Chowk as she has planned to shop to avail a raining season discount offers. I gave yes thumb to her request because I was getting an opportunity to enjoy lip-smacking and luscious food at Chandni Chowk, New Delhi. It is the Delhi’s mot loved a place where a food lover gets a chance to enjoy delectable and delightful street foods as well as well restaurant food.

At Chandni Chowk, New Delhi, several food chains, and restaurants are available, but I always prefer to visit one of the leading food chains, Nirulas because it is my fourite restaurant where I commonly enjoyed Kabab-e-Licious. The leading food chain, Nirula’s is ideally situated at Chandni Chowk Metro Station.

During my visit to Nirula’s, I prefer to order my favourite dish, Kabab-e-licious without experimenting new dish. Although, most of the food items available at this restaurant are delicious and delightful, but I think Nirula’s has mastery over Kabab-e=licious.  As its name suggest, it very yummy and tasty, which always compel me to order the same even though it has several other options like Galouti Kaba, Murg Banno Kaba, and Lagan Ke Kaban. All are known for yummy and mouthwatering. Your dining out won’t be considered as complete until you enjoy sweet dish so you can enjoy Nirula’s ice cream or Gulab Jamon that will make your dining a complete.

The reason behind choosing Nirulas is its variety of eating options, great taste, and affordable price. One of the best aspects of Nirulas is its location.  The well-known food chain is surrounded by a wholesale and retail market, which allowed my wife to shop as much as she wants and gave me an opportunity to have appetizing and tongue tingling food in relaxed ambiance after completing shopping.
